10Cric UPI Payment Problems: PhonePe, GPay & Bank Transfer Issues

UPI is the preferred payment method for Indian 10Cric players, but it is also the source of many of the most common and frustrating complaints on the platform. Players using PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), Paytm, and direct bank UPI transfers have all reported cases where funds were successfully debited but never credited.

Why UPI Deposits Fail

10Cric processes UPI payments through third-party payment aggregators. When the aggregator experiences connectivity issues with the UPI network or with 10Cric's internal systems, transactions can complete at the bank level but fail to register on the 10Cric platform. The player's bank shows the payment as successful, but the funds are in limbo.

Reported Cases in 2026
  • ₹49,999 via Kotak Bank UPI not credited after 3+ weeks
  • ₹49,999 via DBS Bank UPI showing as "declined" on 10Cric despite successful bank deduction
  • ₹15,000 via PhonePe not reflected after 72 hours
  • ₹500 via Kotak bank UPI – small amounts also affected
  • $42 via SBI UPI pending for 10+ days

"The payment status on 10Cric is displayed as 'Declined' but my bank shows it as a successful transaction with a UTR number." – Player report, February 2026

How to Recover Missing UPI Funds

Act quickly once you identify a missing deposit:

  • Open the UPI app and copy the exact UTR (transaction reference) number
  • Save a screenshot showing the completed transaction with the amount and timestamp
  • Download or request a mini-statement from your bank confirming the debit
  • Submit all three documents to 10Cric support immediately
  • If no resolution within 5 business days, contact your bank to raise a UPI dispute
  • As a final step, contact your bank's grievance officer – RBI guidelines require banks to resolve UPI disputes within 5 working days
