10Cric Deposit Not Credited: UPI Payments Deducted but Missing

A significant number of 10Cric players in India have reported that deposits made via UPI – including PhonePe, Google Pay, and direct bank transfers – are successfully debited from their bank accounts but never credited to their 10Cric gaming wallet.

"I made a deposit of ₹49,999.97 to my 10Cric account on February 5, 2026 using Kotak Bank UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account but has still not been credited to my 10Cric account." – Player complaint, February 2026

The issue appears to be related to payment processor connectivity between UPI networks and the 10Cric platform. When players contact customer support, they are typically told that a "ticket has been raised and is under review," but many wait for weeks without resolution.

Most Affected Payment Methods
  • PhonePe UPI transfers
  • Google Pay (GPay) transactions
  • ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, and Axis Bank UPI
  • State Bank of India direct transfers
  • DBS Bank UPI payments
Steps to Recover Your Missing Deposit

Immediately after noticing the missing deposit, take the following steps:

  • Note down the UTR number from your bank or UPI app
  • Take a screenshot of the successful transaction from PhonePe or Google Pay
  • Obtain a bank statement showing the deduction
  • Contact 10Cric support providing all three documents
  • If unresolved within 5 business days, escalate to your bank for a chargeback claim

Most Indian banks allow customers to dispute a UPI transaction within 30 days. If 10Cric cannot confirm receipt of your funds, your bank may be able to initiate a direct recovery process.
